Catastrophic floods claim at least 25 lives in the Balkans

Massive floods in the Balkans have killed at least 25 and forced thousands more to evacuate. Some 95,000 homes in Serbia are without electricity as a new wave is expected to surge down the Sava River. Allen Pizzey reports.
